The beginning of a career
The beginning of a career
I have always been driven by a desire to grow and find my own path.
I grew from a marketing student into an expert, and eventually became a leader managing an international team and supporting the organization in developing strategies and building teams.
As I gained experience, my awareness grew as well.
I was acquiring new skills; I wanted to understand more and support the team in a truly informed way. I needed tools. And that’s how my fascination with coaching began.

A value that guides
A value that guides
When working with people, I don’t look for formulas or ready-made answers. Every situation has its own context, and every person brings something unique to it.
Over time, it became increasingly clear to me that what truly influences the quality of decisions and collaboration lies not solely in competence, but in our level of awareness—in how we think, act, and understand one another.
That is why, in my work, I focus on what often goes unnoticed: decision-making processes, relationships, and the tensions that shape team dynamics.
That is where real change happens—not in theory, but in the way people begin to think, act, and work together.

Experience
Experience
For three decades, I have worked at the intersection of strategy, brands, and people—developing marketing strategies for international brands in both the B2C and B2B sectors.
I was responsible for setting the direction, making decisions, and delivering results. Together with my team, I launched new products and developed campaigns.
But over time, I became increasingly interested not only in what we do—but also in how and from where the people who implement these strategies operate.
Coaching served as a stepping stone to a better understanding of myself and others.

Competencies in practice
Competencies in practice
The coaching school enabled me to design development programs and workshops for teams. I created custom training programs for various professional groups and observed how they led to greater engagement and improved workplace safety.
I designed workshops for leaders, giving them the space to focus on themselves—without feeling like they were wasting time that could be spent on their daily responsibilities.
Over time, I developed additional skills, including facilitating meetings, leading strategic sessions, and mentoring.
Working with people has always been the most rewarding part of this journey for me.

The turning point and the decision
The turning point and the decision
The hardest moment didn’t come when everything fell apart. It came when, after years of working at a corporation—with the results I’d worked so hard for, the team I was close to, and the position I’d once really wanted—I found myself sitting in my car in the company parking lot more and more often in the morning, searching within myself for even a shred of joy to get me into the office.
From the outside, everything looked fine. But deep down, a question I hadn’t been able to answer for months began to surface: “Do I still want this?” I didn’t leave then. I carried that question with me for two years.
I observed. I examined. I tried to understand what was still mine and what had long since ceased to be. What I wanted to keep, and what was merely holding me back. I tried to rediscover the joy in what I had—before I decided that, after all, I wanted something else. When the decision was finally made, it wasn’t easy. Saying goodbye to the band I’d spent so many years with. Letting go of a sense of security. Stepping into the unknown. But I knew I was leaving behind a mature and self-aware band, and my curiosity and inner sense that this was the moment allowed me to move forward. With fear, excitement, but also with courage.
Today I know that those two years were the most important. Because a decision made in haste isn’t a decision—it’s an escape. And I didn’t want to escape. I wanted to choose. “Once you accept that you can’t do everything, you can finally focus on what really matters.”
